The heart of any event are the volunteers — people who come together to support and celebrate cinema and the power of art. We have many events throughout the year and need responsible, fun people to help out. Tasks are usually very painless (dare I say fun?) and can quickly earn free all-access badges to our yearly festival in November. Here's how it works:
- 2 hrs of volunteering: 1 free film voucher
- 4 hrs of volunteering: 2 free film vouchers
- 6 hrs and beyond: An all-access badge for the festival
Volunteer Tasks:
- Community outreach (phone calls, emails, etc)
- Special guest liaison
- Film screeners
- Special Events
- Ushers
- Flyer/Poster distribution
- Theater operations
- Ticket sales
- Ticket taking
- Line Control
- Run festival tables at other events
